Bartending and Beverage Management

MixoloG offers professional, certified bartending and beverage management services.
Bartending services include Contractor, Consultant, or W-2 employment work for commercial, and private bars,
clubs, caterers or restaurants. I also provide bartending for private in-home parties or at licensed meeting venues,
and offer consulting services for in home bar design, or party planning.
With over 10,000 hours behind the bar and managing beverages, MixoloG is capable of meeting your needs
up to 100 people.
I recently tended bar at the Downtown Marriott Courtyard/Residence Inn on East Cary St. in Richmond, Va. Our hotel property is the Number 1 rated property of 93 in Richmond according to Trip Advisor. You can draw your own conclusions from the reviews, but we offered a great bar. I now work for a group that owns several properties in Chesterfield County Virginia: The Wild Rose Cafe, Murphy's Law, and Paddy's.
I have also worked at The Angry Mussels on East Cary in RVA, The Sustainers Pub on Fort Lee, the Taphouse at
Rivers Bend in Chester, VA, the Tipsy Crab in Shockoe Bottom, the Doubletree and Hilton hotels in Richmond and
the Sebasco Harbor Resort, and the Small Point Club (Private) in Maine.
I create mixology-inspired cocktails and specialty “mocktails” for clients and guests. I can develop beverage
menus and pricing, manage and purchase inventory, plan and bartend at banquets, weddings,
and corporate events and train your staff to be "Best in Class."
